What is ADHD Life Coaching?
Coaching is a collaborative process and focuses on learning, skills development, planning and promoting personal growth. People with ADHD are creative, improvisational talents who always find very special solutions. You will get to know your ADHD better, especially your strengths, so that you can make optimal use of them, build a positive self-image and finally achieve your goals with clear plans and motivation. You design your everyday life so that it suits you and you feel comfortable.
Better self-organization and time management, better handling of emotions, reduction of stress and distractions as well as an overall strengthening of self-confidence through more autonomy of action, control and self-efficacy are the results of our coaching.

Group coaching
People with ADHD constantly realize that they are different from everyone else. Whether as a primary school child in class or as an adult at a party. So many things that seem easy to others are so difficult for you. As a parent of a child with ADHD, you always feel misunderstood when talking to other parents: everything else is going smoothly and it seems like you're just incompetent because things are always so busy at home.
That's why group coaching is a great alternative to individual coaching: perhaps for the first time you will experience that you belong and are understood, you may even find your “tribe”. The group offers you a supportive environment in which you discover your strengths and abilities. Parents of ADHD children also particularly benefit from the exchange and make new contacts.

Individual accompaniment
I don’t know what ADHD is in your life. It can be challenging because you are impulsive and frustration and self-doubt are your constant companions. But also a great opportunity: you are creative and adventurous. And you are very empathetic and can easily understand the needs of others.
With me as your coach, you decide what ADHD should be in your life: together we develop ways, strategies and systems that are perfect for your life. So that more of what you set out to achieve succeeds. But above all: so that you have more time and energy for the people and topics that are really important to you.

ADHD in the workplace
A particular focus of my work is ADHD in professional life: Many people with ADHD experience great difficulties at work. The constant overstimulation, the demands on concentration and time management as well as the hectic pace of everyday work can lead to frustration, stress and even burnout.
In coaching, we develop strategies for better communication and collaboration with others so that you can realize your full potential. And together we will develop effective strategies for time management and organizing your workplace so that you experience more ease, calmness and satisfaction at work.
