About me

I was born in 1974 and wasn't diagnosed with ADHD until I was 48 years old. I know the pain of a late diagnosis from my own experience. But finally knowing what was wrong with me, having a name for my feeling that I was somehow different, was also a crucial turning point in my life. However, I quickly realized that medication alone made me more productive, but not more structured. I continued to find it difficult to set priorities; I simply did more of the wrong things and was even more exhausted than before. That's why I started training to become an ADHD life coach almost a year after my diagnosis. I completed the training at the IACT Center, the International ADHD Coach Training Center. Because it was extremely important to me to complete training accredited by the ICF, the International Coaching Federation.

And I've loved it ever since. Witnessing what changes when people no longer live against their ADHD but with it is always wonderful.

I live with my wife and two sons in the middle of Frankfurt/Main. In addition to my work as a coach, it is a matter close to my heart to educate people about ADHD and to work towards greater visibility. In addition to laypeople, therapy and psychiatric professionals in this country can also learn a lot about ADHD. Because no: we don’t all have a little bit of ADHD.
